Set to open his 2nd POST Crafted Cocktails & Wine Bar in Spring Hill later this month, bar owner extraordinaire, Matt LeMond, spills the tea on what we can expect. In such a convenient location, those nearby truly have something to celebrate. Why? A POST cocktail isn’t just any cocktail. Perfect for everything from date night to girl’s night, cheers to the good news.

After listening to my downtown customers, I realized there’s a need for an upscale cocktail establishment in the ‘08 zip code area. When the space in the Holiday shopping center became available, I knew it would be the perfect fit for a new POST location. Just like our downtown location, guests will be able to enjoy happy hour with our carefully crafted cocktails in a high- end space.

We made some enhancements to the menu to fit the Spring Hill community and we’ve had fun creating specific cocktails that will only be available at this location like the ‘08-er Cocktail! Committed to fresh and forward ingredients, think of drinks boasting aromas of slapped mint, lavender syrup and more. And naturally we’ll be serving our signature bites, POST toasts.

In addition to updating the space, we have a courtyard that can accommodate up to 300 friends and family members for private events and game spaces for the under-aged.
