About Us…

Having moved from New York City to the Mobile Bay area, I was instantly captivated with our local culture. Before beginning ACCESS Mobile Bay, I was an editor at some of the nation’s top women’s magazines, such as Us Weekly, Teen People and InStyle Magazine. My styling experience includes Britney Spears, Beyoncé, and Justin Timberlake. However, dressing and writing about “real” women have always been my true passions.

In 2009, I created and launched ACCESS Magazine, which sets out to make local women celebrities in their own right. This “all access pass” celebrates these women and covers topics spanning from fashion to notable women in the area to events and other local interests. We promote local businesses, which makes our city better and stronger economically.

How do we do this? For each issue, ACCESS Magazine rolls out the Pink Carpet and covers the fascinating lives of local women in the same style as national publications.
